helpful stafffriendly receptionist
The staff was helpful and assisted with information about local dining (they provided specific details not easily found on Google). I was also able to book a spa treatment for my wife through a very friendly receptionist.
The room did not have water, only an empty bottle was available.

the location is quite convenient. it is within walking distance of many points of interest. breakfast offered a satisfying selection (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries).
the check-in process was slow. i had to wait longer than expected to get my room. also, the air conditioning system seemed to have a limited range (it was difficult to adjust the temperature).
